To Hide and Show Underlay Frames

To hide frames, click Insert tab Reference panel Frame Settings drop-down Hide Frames.
To display and plot frames, click Insert tab Reference panel Frame Settings drop-down Display And Plot Frames.
To display frames without plot, click Insert tab Reference panel Frame Settings drop-down Display But Don’t Plot Frames.
