To Sum Numerical Data in Identical Property Rows

 
 
 
  1. Click Insert tab Linking & Extraction panel Extract Data.
  2. On the Refine Data page, click Combine Identical Rows.
  3. Right-click the column label and choose Combine Record Mode Sum Values.

    The sum of the numerical data is displayed.
