Animations Panel (Visualize tab)

Creates and saves an animation created with 3D navigation commands such as 3DWALK and 3DFLY.

NOTE:The Animations panel is not displayed on the ribbon by default. To turn it on, click Visualize tab

Animations.

The Animations panel on the Visualize tab of the ribbon allows you to create walk-throughs of your model. You can create a walk-through by specifying a path with the ANIPATH command or with the animation controls when one of the 3D Navigation commands are enabled.

List of Options

The following options are displayed.

Animation Play: Displays the Animation Preview window, where you can view the recorded animation.
Animation Record: Starts the recording for a walk-through animation that does not follow a specific path.
Animation Pause: Pauses the recording of a walk-through animation that does not follow a specific path.
Animation Save: Stops and saves the recording of a walk-through animation that does not follow a specific path.
