To Update OLE Links Manually

 
 
 
  1. Click Edit menu OLE Links.
  2. In the Links dialog box, select the links you want to update.
  3. Click Update Now.
NOTE: If you want to select the links from the drawing area rather than from a list in the Links dialog box, select the OLE objects first.
