Determines whether object snapping is active for geometry in DGN underlays that are attached to the drawing.

The UOSNAP system variable overrides the DGNOSNAP setting.

Value	Description
0	Turns off object snapping for geometry in all DGN underlay attachments in the drawing
1	Turns on object snapping for geometry in all DGN underlay attachments in the drawing
