To Monitor Selected Folders for New Drawings

 
 
 
  1. Click Insert tab Linking & Extraction panel Extract Data.
  2. On the Define Data Source page, click Add Folder.
  3. In the Add Folder Options dialog box, clear Automatically Include New Drawings Added in This Folder to the Data Extraction.
  4. To monitor subfolders, click Include Subfolders.
